Lead Grid Connection Manager
Join us in this role where you’ll lead grid connection activities for offshore wind projects in South Korea, working across development and execution phases to secure technically sound, timely, and compliant grid solutions in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll be part of Grid Integration Management where you, together with your colleagues, will work in an international engineering environment responsible for grid connection strategies, transmission solutions, and interface management with suppliers and stakeholders. The team combines local expertise in Korea with strong links to global engineering and project development functions.

You’ll play an important role in:
- leading grid connection scope for offshore wind projects, from early development through execution, ensuring alignment with project and business objectives
- managing interfaces with TSOs, authorities, and external stakeholders to secure grid access, technical approvals, and compliance with local regulations
- defining grid connection concepts, requirements, and technical solutions in close collaboration with internal engineering disciplines
- supporting project planning, risk management, and decision-making related to grid connection scope, cost, schedule, and technical performance
- contributing to tendering, contracting, and management of grid-related studies and works with external suppliers and consultants
- capturing lessons learned and supporting continuous improvement of grid connection practices across the project portfolio.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have a degree in electrical engineering or a related technical discipline, with strong understanding of power systems and grid integration
- bring experience from grid connection, transmission, or large infrastructure projects, ideally within offshore wind or renewable energy
- are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, including Transmission Operator, authorities, contractors, and internal project teams
- demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to balance technical, commercial, and schedule considerations
- communicate clearly and confidently in English
- take ownership, work independently, and thrive in an international, collaborative, and fast-moving project environment.
