Welcome to End-user support 
You’ll be part of the Digital Device Support team where you, together with your colleagues, will manage various IT support tasks essential to our operations. As a team, we prioritise collaboration and a supportive work environment to deliver exceptional service. 

 

You’ll play an important role in:  

  • distribution of end-user equipment and leaver tickets, and ensuring timely resolutions
  • performing lighter onsite support tasks
  • ad-hoc task regarding preparation of equipment
  • stock handling andd geberal stock handling

 

To succeed in the role, you:  

  • are currently enrolled in a relevant study programme 
  • possess strong organisational skills,  pay attention to detail and have a thorough work style
  • ​​have excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English​ 
  • ​​have a basic understanding of IT equipment and support processes, or equivalent experience​ 
  • ​​are proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team​ 
  • ​​are eager to learn and willing to take on new challenges.​
