BoP Engineering Manager

Join us in this role where you’ll apply your technical expertise to enhance the reliability of the CHW0102a and CHW2204 cluster wind farms. You’ll leverage your skills to optimize asset performance and coordinate potential solutions with the OEM. In this position, you’ll also provide technical support within the regional setup and collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

Welcome to Engineering and Systems in APAC Operation.
You’ll be part of BoP and SCADA engineering team where you, together with your colleagues, will join a team dedicated to identifying and resolving technical challenges across our operational asset portfolio. In this role, you’ll deliver practical and effective solutions using available tools and methodologies, while collaborating closely with the OEM and various internal functions. Your work will help ensure robust processes and clear communication across multiple sites and regions.

As a team, we we combine technical expertise with a strong commitment to shared success.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • provide engineering leadership across all BoP and OT systems, including foundations, structures, corrosion protection,  SRL device, SCADA/PLC interface, network and data communication infrastructure to ensure safet, reliable and compliant operations
  • lead engineering assessments and asset condition evaluation for both physical and digital systems, analyzing structural health, equipment degradation, control system performance, data accuracy, network reliability, and cybersecurity posture to identify technical risks and improvement opportunities
  • oversee technical investigations for BoP and OT related incidents, guiding structured root cause analysis, validating findings, and ensuring corrective actions address both hardware and control system contributors to system performance
  • develop integrated asset integrity strategies covering civil, mechanical and OT domains, including inspection programs, maintenance concepts, lifecycle assessments, condition based monitoring, and prioritization of reinvestment or upgrade needs
  • govern modification, configuration changes, and system upgrades to BoP and OT assets, ensuring rigorous engineering justification, cybersecurity compliance, risk evaluation, and full adherence to management of change procedure and central engineering standards
  • drive cross functional improvement initiatives across the entire asset portfolio.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • hold a relevant engineering degree (e.g., electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, civil, or control engineering) and bring solid experience with BoP system and/or OT system in an operational asset environment
  • demonstrate strong analytical and engineering assessment skills, with the ability to interpret structural, mechanical, electrical, and control system performance data to make informed, risk based decisions
  • possess sound technical knowledge across multidisciplinary domains, such as electrical system, civil/structure components, mechanical equipment, SCADA/PLC systems, industrial networks, and cybersecurity principles
  • bring experience in leading technical investigation and root cause analysis, applying structured methodologies to resolve complex engineering problems and improve long term system reliability
  • excel in cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management, working effectively with operation, engineering disciplines, OEMs, contractors, and central function across different regions and cultures.
