Facility Coordinator

Join us in this role where you’ll represent Facility Management at our Taichung Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Hub and Taipei office, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient facilities that delivered through our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) partner. The role functionally reports to Facility Manager located in Taipei and focuses on operational coordination, vendor management, and user support, working closely with IFM Partner and stakeholders. 

 

Welcome to Global Real Estate & Workplace Management 

You’ll be part of Facility Management APAC where you, together with your colleagues, will work closely with the Facility Manager in Taiwan, Head of Facility Management APAC, and our IFM provider, CBRE. You’ll act as a key connection between site teams and suppliers, helping ensure consistent service delivery across the Taichung Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Hub and Taipei office. As a team, we collaborate openly, support one another, and focus on delivering value through strong partnerships and a positive workplace experience.  

 

You’ll play an important role in: 

  • facility operations & coordination, supporting site readiness for operational activities including soft and hard services 
  • vendor & service management, monitor service delivery against agreed SLAs and escalate issues when required 
  • health, safety & compliance, support implementation of health & safety and compliance requirements at the site
  • stakeholder support, act as a first point of contact for facility-related requests from site users 
  • continuous improvement & reporting, support improvement initiatives to enhance facility efficiency, safety, and user experience 
  • acting as the interface between our organization and CBRE at site level.


To succeed in the role, you:
 

  • have bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering/mechanical engineering/civil engineering/building services, or a related technical discipline
  • are experienced in facility coordination, site operations, or a related role, preferable in an international corporation/environment and experience with FM systems is an advantage  
  • are proactive with the ability to drive change and “makes things happen” by translating ideas into execution and results  
  • have project management experience in managing Capex & Opex project, understanding contract management, service levels, and performance monitoring 
  • have knowledge of local buildings, safety, and workplace regulations in Taiwan, Certified Fire Safety Manager is an added advantage  
  • are proficient in English, and Microsoft Office.
