Operations Manager

Join us in this role where you’ll oversee the daily operations, enhance process efficiencies, and ensure alignment with company objectives and values. You will play a crucial part in developing strategies, managing resources, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

You’ll be part of APAC Operations team where you, together with your colleagues, will manage and execute operational projects, ensure compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.  As a team, we value innovation, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • overseeing daily operations and ensuring the achievement of operational goals
  • enhancing process efficiencies and implementing best practices
  • managing resources and optimizing workforce performance
  • coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless operations
  • developing a strong, positive HSE culture and ensuring the maintenance and improvement of HSE standards on site
  • participating in planning/scheduling meetings to schedule service, retrofits, and corrective maintenance.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a relevant educational background with experience in operational management, ideally within an engineering or utilities business
  • possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously and calmly
  • have experience with team, performance, and line management
  • have experience working with electrical or mechanical engineering in a relevant industry
  • are able to create excellent results through teamwork and develop good relationships with colleagues and external business partners
  • are fluent in English, both spoken and written
