Technical Project Manager
Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for managing technical projects across our operating portfolio. You’ll be the sole focal point for a cross-functional team of internal specialists within asset integrity, HSE, commercial, and technical execution, as well as managing our external contractors.

You’ll play an important role in:
- managing a variety of technical projects ranging from periodical inspection campaigns, post-construction, contingency, emergency repair, and rectification projects, as well as asset integrity planning and improvement projects
- ensuring project progression according to the scope while keeping track of time, quality, and costs
- engaging with key stakeholders surrounding the project i.e., HSE, procurement, sites, regions, contractors, etc.
- delivering presentations to APAC top management and the asset owners to ensure allocation of resources and timely decision making
- supporting and acting as an advisor for the regions and site managers regarding technical and operational matters.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have a strong technical project management background and a good commercial understanding of risk management, contract negotiation, budget management
- have experience, knowledge, or competencies equivalent to IPMA level B/C and or PMI PMP
- have solid experience with the operational aspects of offshore windfarms from a technical perspective
- are fluent in both written and spoken English and willing to work out of our O&M base in Taichung
- have proven experience being an eminent stakeholder manager and have experience with managing external contractors and local stakeholders, as well as strong communication with senior management.
