WT4 Planner

Join us in this role where you’ll work with our operations team onboard our state-of-the-art Service operations vessel and become a key stakeholder in organising and executing the day-to-day operations across our fleet of Taiwanese wind farms.

 

Welcome to our Greater Changhua Operations and Maintenance team.
You’ll be part of Operations Support team. where you, together with your colleagues, will work in coordination with our wider planning team.

As a team, we will be responsible for the short-term planning and delivery of all aspects of work required to keep our operation functioning reliably and efficiently.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • Developing a strong, positive HSE culture and ensuring that there’s always a focus on maintaining and improving standards
  • actively contributing to continuous improvement across all aspects of our operation
  • day to day planning and execution. Working in coordination with our mid-term planner you will be responsible for the work scopes defined and executing in the short-term basis
  • manning and resource management. You will be responsible for coordinating technical resource and communicating resource levels to relevant stakeholders
  • you will be responsible in using our work execution systems to ensure accurate task assignment to our teams, daily completion and tracking of completed and additional works
  • communicating and driving plans through one-to-one discussions, attending and leading relevant planning meetings to align our operation towards our intended goals.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • Have an analytical approach to your work, excellent organizational skills, and an ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously and calmly without losing perspective
  • hold a high degree of flexibility enabling you to easily react and overcome challenges while operating inside a highly dynamic operation
  • have a keen eye for detail and be critically evaluating of your own work
  • are willing to live and work away from home, following a 14 day on / 14 day off duty rotation offshore and onboard our service operations vessel
  • are able to create excellent results through teamwork and develop good relationships with your colleagues and external business partners
  • can speak and write English fluently.
