Offshore Operations Planner

Imagine a future where your planning expertise helps maximise renewable energy production through safe, efficient, and well‑coordinated offshore operations.

Join us in this role where you’ll plan, schedule, and coordinate operational and maintenance activities to support safe and optimised wind farm operations at BAL02. You’ll work closely with site management and key stakeholders to reduce lost yield, manage resources effectively, and turn long‑term plans into clear, actionable daily schedules.

Welcome to OperationsYou’ll be part of the BAL02 Operations team where you, together with your colleagues, will support the safe and efficient execution of offshore and onshore O&M activities. The team works closely with site management, transmission, HSE, and external partners to ensure reliable asset performance and informed decision‑making.

As a team, we collaborate openly, support each other, and take shared responsibility for safety, performance, and continuous improvement.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • developing and managing long‑, mid‑, and short‑term integrated site plans and schedules for onshore and offshore works.
  • translating long‑term plans into short‑term and daily schedules to support operational decision‑making
  • coordinating resources, vessels, tools, spares, and contractors through effective demand forecasting and planning
  • managing and maintaining work orders, plans, and records in SAP and other planning systems
  • identifying planning risks and opportunities, and advising site management on mitigation actions and capacity
  • supporting logistics planning to maximise time on assets while minimising travel time and operational constraints

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are an experienced project, maintenance, or resource planner, or have equivalent experience
  • have strong knowledge of planning and scheduling tools, including MS Project, and are comfortable working with SAP or similar CMMS systems
  • bring solid data analysis skills and are confident working with forecasts, schedules, and performance data
  • communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders
  • can work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
  • have an understanding of safe systems of work, or equivalent experience within operational or industrial environments.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
