Warehouse Coordinator

Join us in this role where you’ll take ownership of warehouse coordination and inventory governance, supporting daily site activities while ensuring full alignment between physical stock and system data. You’ll play a key role in maintaining operational readiness across warehouse, quayside, and vessel interfaces.

 

Welcome to Operations
You’ll be part of site operations team where you, together with your colleagues, will work closely with supply chain, site teams, and external partners to ensure availability, traceability, and compliance of all materials and equipment supporting safe and efficient wind farm operations.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • coordinating storage, picking, packing, and delivery of spare parts, tools, and consumables
  • ensuring SAP system accuracy by continuously aligning stock levels and material locations with physical inventory
  • overseeing inventory control processes and documentation standards to maintain full traceability
  • supporting mobilisation and demobilisation activities between warehouse, quayside, and vessels
  • managing customs clearance activities and related documentation
  • coordinating return of parts, including inspection, documentation, and system updates
  • handling tools, PPE, and lifting equipment, including calibration and certification tracking
  • collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant logistics operations.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or inventory management
  • are confident working with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and understand the importance of data accuracy
  • work in a structured, detail-oriented way with strong ownership of processes and data
  • communicate effectively and collaborate across functions and partners
  • prioritise safety, quality, and compliance
  • possess relevant certifications (eg. forklift) or equivalent experience to stand out but not required.

About Baltica 2 project 

 

Baltica 2, with a capacity of up to 1.5 GW, is a joint investment by PGE and Ørsted. After commissioning in 2027, it will be the largest offshore wind farm in Poland, capable of supplying renewable energy to approximately 2.5 million households.
