Welcome to Continental Europe Operations
You’ll be part of Operations & Maintenance team where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure the safe operation of the wind turbines at our offshore wind farms in Borssele (Zeeland), Borkum Riffgrund (Germany), Gode Wind (Germany), and potentially new wind farms within Continental Europe Operations. In this role, you are expected to spend several months a year in Germany, with a schedule of 14 days on and 14 days off. During the summer season, you will work from the base in Vlissingen. In the winter season, you will work at our German wind farms and live on a Service Operations Vessel outside the port of Norddeich.

You’ll play an important role in:
- maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components in our wind turbines
- performing preparatory work, checking spare parts, tools, and equipment for our assembly work
- coming up with solutions together with our technical team of experts for sustainable maintenance of our wind turbines
- planning and executing assembly and maintenance work, together with our technical team.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have completed training or an apprenticeship as an electrician or mechanical engineer. You are eager to continue learning to become an expert
- can and are willing to work in a rotation schedule with 7 days on and 7 days off in the Netherlands and 14 days on and 14 days off at our German wind farms
- are able to work at heights and at sea and are resistant to sea conditions
- are a team player who truly enjoys working in a team of professionals
- preferably have some professional experience with electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic components
- have a reasonable command of the English language and are willing to learn.
