Join us in this role where you’ll play a starring role towards creating a world that runs entirely on green energy by being part of constructing one of the largest offshore wind farm in Poland together with our partner PGE. Poland is a new market for Orsted, where you’ll support managing highly relevant, commercial and contractual topics, as well as represent the company towards our joint venture partner PGE by ensuring best-in-class stakeholder management.

Welcome to Owner Management Continental Europe
You’ll be part of the Execution Commercial Managers team, part of the Commercial Management Continental Europe department where you, together with your colleagues, will be part of the Baltica 2 construction project, which will have a capacity of ~1.5 GW and will be fully operational by end of 2027. You’ll be managing a wide range of commercial topics for this project on a day-to-day basis, and be part of the Baltica 2 Integrated Project Team.

You’ll play an important role in:

• driving commercial topics forward on a day-to-day basis
• pursue opportunities to optimise the business case with focus on revenue optimisation and identifying risks and mitigation measures
• interacting with internal stakeholders on operational, financial, and commercial topics
• work closely with and manage the partnership with PGE and ensure project governance is in place and complied with.

To succeed in the role, you:

• have a completed degree in business, economics, law, or similar
• have some years of relevant commercial experience and insight, ideally sector-specific experience from offshore wind or utilities
• have some project management experience and track record to work both independently as well as part of a core team
• thrive working under high pressure with highly dynamic and interchangeable projects whilst delivering top-quality results
• have excellent stakeholder management skills and can convincingly engage with colleagues in all seniority levels and across several different specialist areas
• speak and write both English and Polish fluently. 

Please note this role will include significant travel if your base location is different to Poland.
