Compliance Coordinator in Production OT

Imagine a future where you help secure the critical infrastructure powering the green energy transition. Join Ørsted and play a key role in ensuring that our production environments operate securely, compliantly, and reliably across global sites.

Join us in this role where you will work at the intersection of Operational Technology (OT), IT, and cybersecurity. You will coordinate and ensure compliance for infrastructure changes across Ørsted’s production OT environments, working closely with IT, security, and business stakeholders. The role is a standalone coordination role and does not include people management.

You’ll play an important role in:

- leading the technical execution and coordination of OT infrastructure changes across global production sites
- ensuring the required cybersecurity level is implemented on network solutions in line with country-specific and Group requirements
- coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable infrastructure solutions
- implementing and validating network security measures, including firewall configurations and access controls
- managing stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decision-making
- overseeing documentation, compliance evidence, and reporting to meet internal and external requirements
- driving continuous improvement by sharing learnings and optimising delivery processes

To succeed in the role, you:
- have experience coordinating or managing complex infrastructure or IT initiatives, or equivalent experience
- understand network architecture, including firewall configuration, secure connectivity, and access control
- are familiar with cybersecurity principles and can collaborate with IT security teams to ensure compliance
- have experience working in an OT or production environment, including LAN and WAN communication networks
- have general knowledge of computer networks and telecommunications principles (e.g. Cisco, Palo Alto)
- communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- are comfortable working in agile environments and managing risk
- bring a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
