Customs & Logistics Manager
Join us in this role where you’ll coordinate global logistics and customs processes for the Baltica 2 offshore wind farm. You’ll act as a key point of contact for contract managers and suppliers, ensuring timely, compliant, and efficient movement of components from around the world to Poland. You’ll work independently, apply your technical judgement, and play a vital role in enabling smooth project execution.
Welcome to Transportation & Customs
You’ll be part of the Transportation & Customs team where you, together with your colleagues, will support offshore Baltica 2 project with your logistics and customs expertise. Together with colleagues across Europe, you’ll manage the smooth and compliant global movement of components for the Baltica 2 project. You’ll work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and project teams to secure end‑to‑end delivery, from global transport planning to port operations and final delivery to site.

You’ll play an important role in:
- coordinating end‑to‑end global logistics flows for the Baltica 2 project, including sea and road transport from Europe and Asia
- supporting contract managers by advising on optimal and compliant transportation of components to project sites
- acting as the main point of contact for import and customs matters, including classification, valuation, and CBAM, while ensuring all declarations are accurate and fully compliant with Polish and EU customs regulations.
- reviewing and validating transport and customs documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, B/Ls, CMRs, certificates of origin, etc.)
- proactively identifying risks, delays, and non‑compliant processes and raising them early with clear recommendations
- collaborating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely delivery to site.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have a solid experience in logistics, shipping, and customs coordination with a strong understanding of EU and Polish customs processes
- work independently and can confidently challenge ideas to ensure compliant and efficient logistics solutions
- communicate technical information clearly to non‑technical stakeholders and manage expectations professionally
- demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and can stay calm and structured when priorities shift
- have experience working with international supply chains, preferably in complex or project‑based environment
- bring a proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and the courage to flag risks when something isn’t right.
