Global HR Project & Process Consultant

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing HR processes, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and deliver value to the business. You’ll work closely with various stakeholders to map, analyze, and improve HR processes, and lead projects that enhance our HR capabilities.

You’ll be part of HR Process Excellence Team where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for overseeing and improving HR processes across the organization.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • mapping and analyzing HR processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure they are efficient and effective
  • developing and implementing process improvements based on best practices and stakeholder feedback
  • leading HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and ensure process changes meet business requirements
  • providing recommendationsfor process improvements and ensuring they are implemented effectively. 

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • demonstrate excellent capabilities in process and data analysis, with emphasis on optimization 
  • have experience in HR processes and project management 
  • are skilled in using process mapping tools and methodologies 
  • have strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • are an excellent communicator and can present ideas clearly to various stakeholders 
  • can work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
