Global HR Support Specialist

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for handling position management, promotions, recruitment administrative tasks, and data quality processes for our people across the globe. You’ll be in dialogue and collaborate closely with numerous stakeholders from Europe, the US, and APAC across the organisation, along with your colleagues in Business Services.

You’ll be part of Global HR Support where you, together with your colleagues, will support the activities of People Operations and Talent Acquisition, ensure compliance with standardised processes, and support the People & Culture team in delivering excellent people services. As a Global HR Support Specialist, you’ll support and guide people leaders on promotions, department changes, company structure updates, internal transfers, and ensure the day-to-day operations of our Global Talent Acquisition processes. As a team, we’re collaborative, innovative, and supportive.  We work closely with HR Operations, Global Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, Process Owners, Change Owners, Service Delivery Owners, Reporting and Master data, Course owners and employees.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • assisting, guiding, and supporting people leaders in administrative tasks in SuccessFactors, specifically with position management, promotion, and organisational updates
  • handling the recruitment process in our recruitment system, creating and managing job requisition projects, booking job interviews, and inviting candidates to tests
  • handling questions and requests from managers, candidates, and talent acquisition partners and developing effective communication with relevant stakeholders
  • improving and maintaining a high-level quality of master data
  • process quality checks as well as process development and improvements
  • providing administrative support to our global learning activities by setting up, updating, and managing learning courses in SuccessFactors, ensuring smooth operations for course owners and employees
  • supporting global projects and organisational changes in the organisation.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • are experienced in the HR shared services environment, with knowledge of SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, master data, and SAP HR Module
  • can work effectively in an environment subject to changing priorities and short timelines and have strong problem-solving, resolution, and decision-making skills
  • possess excellent communication and customer service skills and have an eye for detail
  • are able to work both individually and as part of the team.
