  • handling the recruitment process in our recruitment system, creating and managing job requisition projects, booking job interviews, and inviting candidates to tests
  • handling questions and requests from managers, candidates, and talent acquisition partners and developing effective communication with relevant stakeholders
  • improving and maintaining a high level quality of master data
  • process quality checks as well as process development and improvements
  • supporting global projects and organisational changes in the organisation.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • are experienced in the HR shared services environment, with knowledge of SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, master data, and SAP HR Module
  • can work effectively in an environment subject to changing priorities and short timelines and have strong problem-solving, resolution, and decision-making skills
  • possess excellent communication and customer service skills and have an eye for detail
  • are able to work both individually and as part of the team.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
