Junior People Operations Specialist

Join us in this role where you’ll support the smooth delivery of day-to-day HR administration for our colleagues in Poland. You’ll handle practical, process-based tasks, keep employee information and documentation up to date, and help the team deliver a reliable first-line service.  

This is a fixed-term position with an average of three days per week in the office. 

 

Welcome to HR Operations :

You’ll be part of the HR Operations team where you, together with your colleagues, will deliver people operations support across Poland and collaborate with colleagues supporting the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. The wider team has 10 colleagues; the role offers opportunities to learn from experienced specialists and gradually take on broader tasks. 

As a team, we support one another, share knowledge, and care about delivering a dependable and helpful experience for our colleagues. 

 

You’ll play an important role in: 

  • supporting benefits administration and other recurring HR operational activities 

  • following up on time registration approvals and helping colleagues complete required actions 

  • preparing, organizing, and sending employee documents to external vendors and relevant company entities 

  • supporting contract extensions, occupational health referrals, and supporting day to day administrative HR operations tasks 

  • maintaining accurate employee records 

  • responding to routine requests through the HR service channel 

 

To succeed in the role, you: 

  • communicate confidently in Polish and English, both in writing and in conversation 

  • bring initial experience in administration, customer support, shared services, HR, or equivalent experience 

  • work accurately with documents, data, and recurring deadlines, and handle personal information with integrity 

  • are organized, action-oriented, and comfortable following up with colleagues to keep processes moving 

  • learn new processes and systems quickly, collaborate openly, and ask for guidance when needed 

  • are interested in people's operations and in finding practical ways to simplify and improve administrative work.

Position salary range:
For this position, the expected base pay range is zł83,360.00- zł125,040.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
