Kubernetes DevOps Engineer

Join us in this role where you’ll operate and continuously improve our Kubernetes platforms, ensuring they remain stable, secure, and easy to consume by multiple product teams across the organization. You’ll play a hands-on role in platform operations, incident handling, and maturing our Infrastructure as Code and self-service capabilities.

You’ll be part of the Cloud Platforms Product Suite, part of larger IT Infrastructure Product Line.joining the Kubernetes product team responsible for delivering a stable and secure enterprise container platform. Alongside your colleagues, will provide IT integration services to all business units in our organization, enabling the business to grow rapidly across the globe. As a global platform team, we follow leanagile principles emphasising collaboration and continuous improvement. 

 

Key responsibilities in this position:  

  • Operate and support Kubernetes clusters (both Azure and AWS),
  • Maintain and extend Infrastructure as Code using Terraform,
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and participate in incident resolution,
  • Support CI/CD activities used by our platform and customer product teams,
  • Contribute to platform standards, documentation, and selfservice capabilities,
  • Work closely with product teams, architects, and security to ensure compliant platform usage. 

 

To succeed in the role, you have:  

  • Hands-on experience running Kubernetes clusters in either Azure or AWS clouds,
  • Team-player attitude, focused on collaborative approach to platform engineering,
  • Strong alignment with our technology stack: Terraform, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Python, Bash, Go,
  • Understanding of cloud networking, identity, and security fundamentals,
  • Worked with an agile methodology in an international, English-speaking environment.

Position salary range: 

For this position, the expected base pay range is 244,090 -  366,140 zł  for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
