Lead/Assoc. Lead Regulatory Reporting Back Office Analyst

Welcome to Global Revenue Services/Trading Back Office

You’ll be part of Trading Back Office where you, together with your colleagues, will define, develop, and test Back Office processes to support our regulatory reporting framework to allow energy market trading. Trading Back Office is primary responsible for securing correct transaction processing and timely cashflow settlement in line with the regulations. You’ll be a part of our team in Warsaw where you’ll work with colleagues from multiple locations. As a team, we work closely together to deliver high quality services to the business. You’ll play an important role in:

  • designing effective trading back-office processes for European energy markets for reporting transactions, contracts according to REMIT, EMIR regulations
  • designing effective trading back-office processes for reporting Treasury transactions, according to SFTR regulation
  • driving the development and optimalization of regulatory reporting and trade confirmation processes in ETRM system (Previse Coral) and back-office applications to secure reliable operations
  • collaborating with Legal team to make sure that market regulations updates are incorporated in regulatory reporting processes
  • supporting new business initiatives like introducing new energy trading products, new trade venues, new markets from regulatory reporting back-office process perspective
  • contributing to optimizing the supporting IT systems.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in economics, finance, business administration, or similar
  • have experience working REMIT, EMIR, and preferably SFTR market regulations and implementation of those regulations into back office, operational reporting processes
  • have a proactive and systematic approach to your work and can handle complex cases
  • have detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and precision in all tasks
  • have experience with change management
  • preferably have experience working for an energy company and/or with energy trading
  • speak and write English fluently.

Position salary range
For this position, the base pay range is 17,000PLN - 25,000PLN for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
