You’ll oversee the portfolio of cross-functional P&C projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, and drive best-in-class project execution across the function. Working closely with P&C leaders, P&C Subject Matter Experts, and other key stakeholders, you’ll bring structure, visibility, and agility to how we scope, manage, and prioritize P&C’s projects.

Welcome to People & Culture

You’ll also play a key role in resource planning and project prioritization, ensuring that P&C’s capacity is allocated to the initiatives that drive the greatest impact. Additionally, you’ll engage with P&C senior leaders and support them on continuous improvement initiatives of P&Cs internal operating model. As a team, we are a small, international team of strategists and project managers focused on enabling P&C’s impact through effective project execution and organisational transformation initiatives.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • Overseeing P&C’s cross-functional project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business needs, clear ownership, and effective execution
  • Project managing some of the most complex and high-impact P&C projects, providing structure, clarity, and coordination across stakeholders
  • Supporting P&C leaders and SMEs in scoping projects end to end, ensuring objectives, success criteria, and key milestones are clearly defined
  • Providing regular insights to the P&C leadership team, tracking project status, risks, and dependencies to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Supporting P&C leaders drive continuous improvement and simplification of the internal P&C operating model.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • Have extensive experience in project, programme and/ or portfolio management, preferably within a People & Culture (HR) function, strategy team, or from a top-tier consulting firm
  • Have a passion and deep interest for people and organizational topics
  • Have successfully led large-scale, cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and impact delivery
  • Bring a structured and analytical approach, with the ability to break down complexity, set clear direction, and drive execution with discipline
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation, particularly with senior P&C stakeholders
  • Thrive in dynamic environments, bringing a problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
