People Data Analyst

Join us in this role where you’ll manage Ørsted’s company-wide survey platform, ensuring surveys are handled smoothly and insights reach the right stakeholders. You’ll also play a vital part in contributing to audit and compliance reports, ensuring that value creating insights are seen throughout the business, helping leaders to make informed decisions. You’ll integrate survey results and other people data metrics into broader analytics projects, ensuring your work delivers strategic business value, whilst collaborating closely with senior colleagues and our student assistant in a supportive, learning-focused environment. 

You’ll be part of the People Analytics & Insights team where you, together with your colleagues, will harness data and analytics to support Ørsted’s people strategy, enabling the delivery of P&C priority projects, and fostering a culture of curiosity and learning. You’ll play an important role in: 

  • managing and maintaining Ørsted’s company-wide survey platform, ensuring surveys run smoothly and insights are delivered to stakeholders 

  • incorporating survey data into analysis projects to ensure insights drive real business value 

  • supporting the completion and delivery of of standard audit and compliance reports, focusing on generating actionable insights 

  • collaborate with the senior analyst and student assistant, sharing knowledge and supporting team development 

  • contribute to the enhancement of reporting processes and data accuracy across the organisation 

  • work across different business units and markets to support Ørsted wide projects and initiatives. 

 
To succeed in the role, you: 

  • demonstrate a genuine interest in data analytics and strategic insights from HR data. 

  • embrace learning and adapt to new tools, methods, and challenges 

  • show strong attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach to work 

  • thrive in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with colleagues 

  • bring experience with data tools, such as Python, Excel, survey platforms, or visualisation tools, or equivalent experience
