Welcome to Global People Services

You'll be part of Central Europe & UK HR Operations, where you, together with your colleagues, will form the backbone of the HR function in Ørsted.

Your primary focus will be supporting our UK workforce, while also providing support across other countries within the Central Europe & UK region as business needs evolve. • collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Legal, Employee Relations, managers, and other People & Culture stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • bring solid HR administration experience and a strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes
  • have excellent prioritisation and workload management skills, with the ability to manage different priorities simultaneously
  • demonstrate problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities, including the ability to ask the right questions and interpret employee and manager needs
  • have a customer-service mindset and stakeholder-focused approach, with an interest in creating simple and practical solutions for complex processes
  • work effectively both independently and collaboratively, showing flexibility to support multiple countries and different HR process areas, with previous experience supporting UK employees and managers considered advantageous.
  • communicate effectively in English, both in writing and orally
  • additional languages are a plus.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
