Senior Cyber Security Compliance Specialist

Join us in this role where you’ll support the development and continuous improvement of our cyber security compliance and reporting capabilities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our organisation is audit-ready, risk-informed, and aligned with industry standards, while working closely with colleagues across the business.

Welcome to Corporate Information Security
You’ll be part of Risk & Compliance where you, together with your colleagues, will drive a systematic and effective approach to cyber risk management and regulatory compliance. Our team operates as a second line of defence, engaging with stakeholders across all business areas and supporting external audits. You’ll be based in Warsaw or Gentofte, joining a diverse and international team primarily located in Denmark.

As a team, we value collaboration, curiosity, and a shared commitment to protecting our organisation.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • providing an effective second line of defence for cyber security compliance
  • improving processes for risk-based compliance reporting
  • enhancing monitoring and measurement of our cyber security posture
  • supporting audit readiness through documentation and best practices
  • reviewing the implementation and effectiveness of security controls.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are familiar with ISMS best practices or industry standards, or equivalent experience
  • have experience with implementing and evaluating security controls
  • understand core cyber security concepts and IT systems
  • have strong stakeholder management skills across a matrix organisation
  • are self-driven, curious, and communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
