Senior DevOps Engineer

Join us in this role where you’ll support developers within trading organization  by enabling smooth deployment of trading applications on our Kubernetes cluster and enhancing our cloud-based infrastructure. You’ll contribute to a stable, business-critical environment while working with the latest tools and driving continuous improvement across our systems.

You’ll be part of our DevOps team where you, together with your colleagues, will manage Kubernetes platforms in Azure and AWS, support developers in their daily work, and contribute to new features and platform enhancements. You’ll work alongside a small, skilled team that values knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration, and you’ll be involved in both development and operational tasks that support our trading organization. As a team, we collaborate closely, support each other, and create a space where learning and growth thrive.

 You’ll play an important role in:

  • enabling developers to deploy and run trading applications on Kubernetes platforms
  • maintaining and improving cloud infrastructure using IaaC
  • contributing to the design and development of new features and platform improvements
  • ensuring platform stability, security, and documentation across the DevOps landscape
  • participating in the wider DevOps community to share knowledge and explore new technologies.

 To succeed in the role, you:

  • have expertise in Linux administration, Kubernetes platforms, and cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS, or equivalent experience
  • are comfortable working with IaaC (Terraform), Git, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting languages such as Python or Bash
  • apply a security-minded approach when designing and operating systems
  • enjoy working collaboratively with developers and stakeholders, contributing proactively to joint outcomes
  • communicate clearly, build strong working relationships, and thrive in a team with many touchpoints
  • bring curiosity and openness to learning new technologies and exploring better ways of working.
